The Worldwide Wireless Network Project eduroam (education roaming) is developed and operated by a community of educational and scientific institutions. Trought eduroam , a student or a school employee can connect to the Internet almost all over the world. You can find the coverage map on the website of the CESNET association.

How does eduroam work?

Whenever a user wants to log in to the eduroam network, he authenticates with his login name including domain and password against his home institution, whether he is at home or abroad. The easiest and safest way to connect to eduroam and set up your laptop, tablet or mobile correctly is to use geteduroam (for Android 8.0+ the geteduroam app from the Google Play Store, for iOS 15.0+ the geteduroam app from the App Store) or eduroam CAT.

Automatic setup with geteduroam

After starting the geteduroam application, search for your organization: Střední škola rybářská a vodohospodářská Jakuba Krčína, Třebon set your login name including the ssrv.cz domain, e.g. jnovak@ssrv.cz and your network password.
